Purpose

Caelan Workspace Helper is a personal tool used only by Caelan to help manage his own Google Workspace account through a locally run Hermes assistant. It is not offered to other users.

Google data accessed

With Caelan's authorization, the tool may access Gmail message metadata and content, create Gmail drafts or send messages only when Caelan explicitly approves them, and read or create Google Calendar events.

How data is used

Google data is used only to provide the requested personal email and calendar assistance. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens are stored locally in Caelan's private Hermes environment. Access is limited to the local assistant process. Google data is retained only when needed for the requested task or when Caelan chooses to save it locally.

Revoking access

Caelan can revoke this tool's Google account access at any time from Google Account Security settings. He can also delete its local authorization token.
